Terms of Service

By creating an account on Traxo (operated by Paritosh Pathak International LLP), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You won’t use Traxo to do anything illegal, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
• You won’t attempt to access workspaces you don’t belong to, reverse-engineer the service, or run automated traffic against it without our permission.

Traxo offers free trials and paid plans. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page. During a free trial or other promotional access window, your workspace may stop accepting new content if the trial expires before you move to a paid plan; existing data is preserved.

You retain ownership of any content you put into your Traxo workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and back up that content so we can deliver the service to you.

We work to keep Traxo available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows and may roll out updates that change the product over time.

You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

Traxo is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to account admins; continued use after the change date means you accept the updated Terms.
